It is the pleasure for us to invite you to participate in The Maritime Security Conference 2017 that will convene on November 27– 28, 2017 in Kyiv, Ukraine. This will be an event organized jointly by the International Center for Security and Defence Strategies and Naval Forces of Ukraine.

The conference would bring together political, academic and business leaders, journalists and diplomats from both sides of the Atlantic for a discussion on Black Sea region security trends and challenges. Our discussions will centre on the ongoing security changes in the Black Sea region, regional and global political-social and economic consequences of security challenges, NATO Black Sea policy.
